1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the f999 platform and all its users ("Members"). By accessing the service through the f999 website, mobile application, or any other channel, these Terms automatically apply.

f999 is an online gaming and betting platform offering slots, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment games. The platform is built with Bangladeshi users in mind, and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on f999, Members must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, email address, and other identifying details submitted at registration must be genuine and currently valid.

Each person may open only one account. If someone attempts to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method, f999 reserves the right to close those accounts and hold the associated balances.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

f999 may request identity verification from a Member at any time. This process may involve submitting a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

• It is the Member's own responsibility to keep account information up to date at all times.
• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, customer support must be notified immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable — selling, renting, or allowing another person to use an account is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

Any activity carried out using a Member's login credentials will be treated as that Member's own action. f999 accepts no responsibility for actions performed by a third party using a Member's credentials.

3 Age and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on f999, a Member must be at least 21 years of age. If anyone under 21 opens an account or plays games, f999 will close that account immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

In addition, residents of regions or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use f999's services. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

f999 currently accepts deposits via four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though minor delays may occur due to technical reasons.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile financial account registered in the Member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious deposit may be held pending verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

f999 may require identity verification to be confirmed before a withdrawal request is processed. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

f999 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If any transaction appears suspicious, f999 may suspend that transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members on f999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — the wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the relevant promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If any manipulation or unusual betting patterns are identified with the intent to exploit bonus offers, the account may be suspended.
• f999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

5.3 Other Promotions

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules for Playing

When playing slots, live casino, sports betting, or other games on f999, Members must follow the specified minimum and maximum bet limits. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player), which can be found on that game's information page.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f999:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using or attempting to hack another Member's account.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, f999 will attempt to resume from the last saved state of the game. The server record will be considered final — not the result shown on the user's device screen.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

f999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a Member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect identifying information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Violation of the age requirement.
• Using the account for money laundering or other illegal activities.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned after verification. However, if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

f999 operates as a gaming service provider. Game outcomes are entirely random and beyond anyone's control. f999 will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses a Member incurs from gaming.
• Disruptions to a game session caused by internet disconnection.
• Errors in software provided by third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to protect their own account credentials.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.

However, f999 is committed to giving Members the best possible experience and to providing appropriate assistance when any issue arises.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

f999 places the highest importance on protecting Members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data transmissions secure. Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a Member has a dispute or complaint, they should first contact f999's customer support team via live chat or email. The support team will review the matter and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

Game server logs and records will be treated as the definitive reference during dispute resolution. Screenshots or other evidence from a Member's device may be considered as supporting material, but will not be accepted over server data.

11 Changes to Terms

f999 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website and/or sent to the registered email address.

If a Member continues to use the f999 platform after any change, they will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must request account closure.

Updated terms will be available on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of the page. Previous versions are no longer in effect but are retained in our records.
